Do you want to play a key role in rolling out Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O across a fast‑growing global organization? As our D365 F&O Analyst, you will be the driving force behind the successful adoption of our ERP platform in multiple business units across Europe and the US. You guide local teams through every phase of their implementation journey, translate business needs into smart solutions, and ensure our processes align seamlessly with our central blueprint.
Your role
Expert & sparring partner: You act as the go‑to specialist for our business entities, supporting them through the full D365 F&O deployment lifecycle, from initial scoping to post‑go‑live support.
Hands‑on configuration: You support the configuration and customization of D365 F&O to ensure local processes are fully supported.
Process guardian with flexibility: You safeguard alignment with our central ERP blueprints while staying pragmatic when deviations or evolving requirements/adaptations are needed.
harpening business requirements: You work closely together with local key stakeholders to understand their processes, challenges, and needs, even when these shift due to R&D initiatives.
Bridge between business and IT: You translate complex business needs into clear functional and technical specifications that lead to successful implementations.
Training & adoption: You contribute to training initiatives and help ensure smooth user adoption across all entities.
Key collaboration role: You work closely with our main service integrator and act as a bridge between the central ERP team and local business units, strengthening collaboration and contributing to a robust, future‑ready ERP landscape.
Who you are
You bring at least 5 years of experience with Microsoft D365 F&O in a production environment, functional or technical.
You’re comfortable navigating shifting priorities and requirements, and you approach challenges with structure and a solution‑driven mindset.
You work autonomously, take ownership, and provide guidance in a way that inspires trust.
You have experience with full‑cycle ERP implementations and understand the dynamics of international rollouts.
You communicate clearly, switch easily between business and IT, and make complex topics understandable.
You are professionally fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
You are willing and able to travel up to 50% across Europe and the US, including occasional multi‑week assignments on remote sites to support local teams or oversee migration activities.
You ideally add extra strengths such as technical or development experience within D365 F&O, hands‑on exposure to process manufacturing environments, solid knowledge of Advanced Warehouse Management, and familiarity with ERP integrations including MES, packaging lines or weighbridge systems. Although the right motivation matters just as much.
