Key Responsibilities
Compliance Monitoring & Auditing
Conduct regular compliance checks across all three sites.
Assist with internal and external audits, including preparation of documentation and follow-up on corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with health & safety, environmental, and data protection regulations.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate compliance records for each site.
Prepare periodic compliance reports for management and regulatory bodies.
Track and escalate non-compliance issues promptly to departmental heads.
Policy & Procedure Support
Help implement compliance policies and procedures across 3 sites with support from site management.
Stay updated on regulatory changes and communicate updates to site teams.
Coordination & Communication
Liaise with site managers to schedule inspections and audits.
Coordinate regular compliance meetings.
Act as the first point of contact for compliance queries at each site.
Risk Management
Identify potential compliance risks and report them to senior compliance manager.
Support the development of risk mitigation plans.
Skills & Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic understanding of compliance regulations (health & safety, GDPR, industry-specific BRCGS, environmental & sustainability).
Ability to travel between sites as required.
Proficient in MS Office and compliance management systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
